The FOTOCORE OSD (Optical Shaping Device) is a precision snoot attachment for the GTPro, GTX, and D-PRO strobes. It gives underwater macro photographers stepless light shaping control, allowing you to sculpt your beam from a wide coverage down to a tight spot for dramatic light isolation on subjects.
Eight adjustable aperture modes give you repeatable, predictable control of your beam width, whether you're shooting nudibranchs at full macro or creating moody portraits of larger critters. The OSD attaches and releases easily, so you can switch in and out without tools during a dive.
Built with a lanyard neck attachment to prevent loss in the event of accidental release, the OSD is the tool for serious macro and creative light painters who want more than a flat strobe beam. Best working distance is 150–200mm from subject to strobe head.
