What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship within Singapore by courier and worldwide via tracked international services. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Full details are on our Shipping & Return page.
How long will it take to get my order?
In-stock items are usually processed within 1–3 business days, after which transit time depends on your destination. Made-to-order items (such as certain Nauticam ports and extensions) can take longer — we'll advise you on lead time before you commit.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships we email you a tracking link. You can also check anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders are sent with tracking. Any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders & payment
Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply lets you track orders and check out faster next time.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards plus the other options shown at checkout. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible — if your order hasn't shipped yet we'll do our best to amend or cancel it. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.
Returns & warranty
What is your return policy?
If we sent the wrong item or it arrived faulty, contact us and we'll make it right. Please see our Refund Policy for full terms and timeframes.
Is my gear covered by warranty?
Products carry their manufacturer's warranty (Nauticam, AOI, Kraken and others). If you run into an issue, reach out and we'll help you with the claim.

Which port, extension or gear do I need?
Use our port charts for Nauticam and AOI to match your housing and lens. Not sure? Message us with your camera and lens and we'll recommend the right setup.
