Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Divesea as your provider for your underwater phtography gear and accessories. We are committed to providing you with the best possible customer experience, including fast and reliable shipping.

Shipping Options and Rates We currently offer shipping to Singapore and Internationally. The shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. The shipping options available are standard delivery and express delivery. The estimated delivery time for standard delivery is 3-5 business days locally, while express delivery will take 1-2 business days locally. For overseas shipping, it may take about 4-8 days. Please do not place last minute orders or do confirm with us first before placing the order. Diving trips are usually not last minute!

Order Processing Time Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Notifications Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this tracking number to track your package and see the estimated delivery date.

Delivery Issues In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping At this time, we only offer shipping to Singapore and other parts of the world (unless the sanctioned countries where international couriers are restricted from sending items to). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
