Why is my phone stuck in the housing?

A screen protector can adhere to the housing membrane or jam due to thickness. Remove your screen protector before installing your phone for best results.

Is the air bubble in the membrane a quality defect?

No — air bubbles are normal and do not affect housing operation. They form during production and may increase under low air pressure or high temperatures.

My screen turned off underwater — why?

For iPhone: enable Raise to Wake. For Android: disable Mistouch Prevention and set screen sleep to NEVER.

Can it be used with gloves?

Yes with wetsuit gloves. Dry suit gloves may not work — DIVEVOLK offers a finger cot designed for dry suit glove compatibility.

If I upgrade my phone, can I still use the housing?

Yes — the modular adapter system means you simply purchase a new adapter for your new phone model.
