Why is my phone stuck in the housing?

Remove your screen protector before inserting the phone. Plastic film can adhere to the membrane; thick tempered glass may jam.

My screen turned off underwater. What do I do?

For iPhone: enable Raise to Wake. For Android: disable Mistouch Prevention and set screen sleep to NEVER, or use Wakey.
